Being around family has definitely taught Afton a lot. We don’t have videos of most of her new skills yet, but in the past few weeks she has learned to crawl backwards down stairs, how to make the sounds of a duck (she mimics Papa’s Donald Duck voice) and a dog (panting), and how to answer the question “are you silly?” (she shakes her head and smiles).
She likes to imitate us talking on the phone:
And she’s learning how to give kisses:
She is also learning how to count (or at least say “two”):
One of the many new experiences Afton had was swimming in a pool. (Actually, she had been in one before but hated it and only was in for a few minutes, this time she loved it).
